Tori (Viewers Revenge) won the Miss Virginia 2008 competition. The event, which was broadcast yesterday, was covered by the local news station.
Tori actually has the chance to compete in the national pageant in the Spring, where she will be vying for the title of Miss USA. If you're a pageant fan, you know that the current titleholders for Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, and Miss Universe all have their own reality show on MTV called Pageant Place.
Tori will also be making an appearance in the upcoming Gauntlet 3. Congratulations to Tori!

MySpace reveals more information and pictures from the Gauntlet 3
MySpace has proven to be an invaluable resource for the upcoming seasons of the Challenge. The castmembers from each Challenge usually visit their MySpaces before and during filming, comment on each other's pages about the Challenges, and even post pictures on the Challenges. Yesterday, Brooke (Denver) and Evelyn (Fresh Meat) revealed that they were dating.
Today, Tori's (Viewers' Revenge) MySpace reveals that she dated Brad (San Diego) dated during the Challenge, but also she has pictures from the Challenge.
Moreover, Ryan's (Fresh Meat) MySpace has tons of pictures from the Challenge with several different castmembers.
Check 'em out.

Kina and Susie may retire from the Challenges, write good-bye letters on their blogs
In what has been an emotionally taxing situation for the castmembers of this season of Road Rules, it looks like both Susie (Australia) and Kina (Extreme) will be saying goodbye to the reality television experience.
Last month, Susie hinted that she will be saying good-bye permanently to the reality television experience. If you're watching the Inferno 3, you've been seeing that she's being thrown into the Inferno every time and she's the subject of scrutiny from several of her other castmates. This season on Road Rules, she felt relegated to play the game and she played the game hard. She writes a good-bye letter to her castmates, thanks her fans, and seems to be saying good-bye to the Road Rules experience over at the blogs.
Kina (Extreme) may have officially retired from the Challenges as well, explicitly saying that "I am serious", meaning that she's done with the show. Kina also writes a good-bye letter, which seems to be heavily influenced by the negativity directed to this cast in particular. This is the ONLY season which has been aired in real-time and castmembers have never had to adjust to viewer opinions, especially of this magnitude. When the alumni formed an alliance, many lashed out at them for stagnating the game, but they were only playing their part in the game.
Kina and Susie join Mike (Back to New York), Mark (USA Tour 1), and Wes (Austin) as castmembers who have retired from Challenges. Tonya (Chicago) also issued an "unofficial" retirement statement after Fresh Meat, but soon returned in the Inferno 3.

David was most likely voted out for feeding spoilers to website Road Rules Revenge
The most shocking development of tonight's episode was probably the fact that David (Viewers Revenge) was kicked off within the first few minutes of the episode airing. Drew mentioned that he was kicked off because of a major rules violation that occurred within the last few weeks of taping.
Although there are widespread allegations that many of the castmembers were doing the same, David is being accused of leaking information to Road Rules Revenge, a website which spoiled the outcome of each Pit and each mission, each week.
Although Bacchus, the webmaster has not yet officially commented on the scandal, the website has had a heavy favorable slant toward David ever since he won his Pit with Susie (Australia). This past week was the first week in a while where no spoilers were actually offered. Also, in commentary leading up to tonight's episode, Bacchus admits that MTV was looking for spoilerish information earlier this week on their website. Finally, Bacchus claimed earlier today to be done with the website had David been kicked off.
In defense of David, many people got information indirectly from the cast's MySpace pages when friends left comments that hinted at whereabouts, game status, etc., However, this is one of the only instances where a castmember actually revealed spoilers to a specific website. Also, there's some allegations of vote tampering with the online voting system. We'll let you know if David or RRR ever respond to these allegations.

Viewers Revenge Season Finale: David gets kicked off, Dan gets back on, Monte kicks Dan off to win the Final Mission
The episode starts out with the whole cast being called back to the Pit. Drew reveals that there's a "major rules violation" that has been going on for the past couple of weeks. Apparently, David (Viewers Revenge) was feeding information to someone (presumably a website that has been posting spoilers a couple of days before each Pit) and he was kicked off almost immediately. The cast is stunned. Everyone is stunned.
The cast then is informed that Adam (The Quest) doesn't have to compete. Tori (Viewers Revenge) is informed that she's going up against Kristin (viewers' Revenge). Dan (Viewers Revenge) and Shane (Campus Crawl) will compete for the final spot in the RV. The Pit is this weird endurance challenge where the competitors have to stand on a pole on one foot. Tori easily beats Kristin. Dan beats Shane.
So, when the cast gets to their final mission/Pit Stop and they find out that there's a twist. If the Roadies fail to win their mission, they will have to send two more castmembers to a final Pit. The mission is to transfer boxes from one side of a truck to to another truck connected by a platform. The cast has to throw the boxes in the first trailer. The Pit Crew goes first and although Ivory (Viewers Revenge) has problems, the group manages to get three boxes. The Roadies go next and all the girls drop their boxes on the first run. Derek (Viewers Revenge) and Adam get all their boxes in the trailer, but Dan drops his on his run.
The Roadies lose. They have to go to the Pit. Kina (Extreme) decides to step it up and volunteer herself for the Pit. The guys come down to Derek (Viewers Revenge) and Dan with Kina casting the tie-breaking vote for Dan. If Kina and Dan lose the Pit, they will lose the handsome reward. They randomly select Angel (Viewers Revenge) and Monte (Viewers Revenge) to face-off against these Challengers.
The final Elimination Pit is a memory Challenge. Monte easily beats Dan. Kina beats Angel to maintain her spot on the RV. Kina and Monte come back to the RV to collect their prize.
The final Road Rules team stands as: (with three original alumni remaining/Pit Crew returning)
Adam (The Quest)
Derek (Viewers Revenge)
Monte (Viewers Revenge)
Kina (Extreme)
Susie (Australia)
Tori (Viewers Revenge)
The group of six see their cars, the Mazda 3. The group ends their trip on the same cliff in Malibu that it all started at.

Viewers' Revenge Season FInale: Will this be the last episode of Road Rules?
It's a very distinct possibility that this may be the series finale of Road Rules. Absent from our television screens for three years, the series was shelved because of unfavorable ratings and a re-tooling. Unfortunately, for MTV, that re-tooling couldn't have gone any more wrong.
The concept, bringing the home viewer into the mix, blew up in MTV's face. When viewers could no longer vote for which person in the RV would ultimately be selected in the Pit, many feel like the show jumped the shark.
Sixteen long weeks later, the show cut short because of bad ratings, the six Roadies, their Pit Crew counterparts, and host Drew Bell will bid adieu to this season of Road Rules. In what seems like a last minute attempt to scrape the ratings from the floor, producers have promised a shocking twist.
Will it be enough to save the series? No word from MTV or BMP if the series will be picked up for a fifteenth season. BMP put out a casting call for Road Rules 15 earlier this year and sometimes claim to be casting for that series alongside Real World 20. If BMP and MTV decides to renew Road Rules... they should ditch the "viewers concept", ditch the real-time nature of the show, kick off no one except the cheesy challenges and product placements, and get back to what the show used to be before radical changes occurred in Season 8/9 of the series. Go back to having six kids living in a RV, traveling around the world, doing things they wouldn't normally do without being on the show. Go back to classic Road Rules.
Post your reaction to tonight's episode in this post or discuss the future of Road Rules.

A "major rules violation" sends all of the Roadies to the Pit
If you go over to the Road Rules website, you'll see a Pit Preview for the season finale. In it, Drew Bell tells the Roadies that there has been a "major rules violation" in the past couple of weeks.
What's the rules violation? No one seems to know. It could possibly be that the Roadies have spoiled the outcomes of the Pit/missions almost every week since the show started. However, it seems to be more of a ploy to scare up some ratings and prevent the Roadies from revealing tomorrow night's outcome.
So far, there has been no confirmation as to what went down in the Pit, but we'll see once tomorrow rolls around to see which Roadies are here to stay. Also, expect a final Pit Stop as the final mission tomorrow, as a couple of Pit Crewers went out to Los Angeles to do some filming this weekend.

With season finale this Wednesday, Viewers Revenge should have wrapped up filming
This weekend should have been the last of the Pits, the last of the missions, and the fate of the six Roadies who made it to the end, should have been decided.
David (Viewers Revenge), Derek (Viewers Revenge), Kina (Extreme), and Susie (Australia) had all been guaranteed spots in the final mission. Both Adam (The Quest) and Tori (Viewers Revenge) were sent to the Pit one last time in order to defend their spot on the RV.
The last few moments of the episode should have been filmed this weekend, production should be wrapped up, but so far, no inkling of what went down has been leaked as of yet.
The general consensus is that the final mission will be identical to a "Pit Stop" and the remaining six Roadies have to battle it out with the Pit Crew in order to get their handsome reward. So far, there has been no news as to whether Tori and Adam made it out of the Pit, nor who of the Pit Crew faced the two in the Pit, or what happens during this final mission.
Post any information you have here. Stay tuned for more info.

Viewers Revenge Episode #15: Viva Las Vegas and the alliance finally sacrifices themselves in the last Pit
The Pit was between David (Viewers Revenge) and none other than Dan (Viewers Revenge). The two began their Pit and they played . David beat Dan because Dan eventually ran out of balls.
The RV is ecstatic to see David back on the RV, which may mean that he's a part of the group now? The Roadies get their clue and they are told to go to the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The group starts reading the bloggers and then they begin to discuss future impending Pits.
The group gets to Las Vegas and they learn that they are going to take part in Ka, the Cirque de Soleil show which plays at the MGM. They have to audition for the show as part of the mission. The cast practices a little tumbling. The cast goes to the Palms Hotel/Casino, which surprisingly, the Las Vegas cast just had vacated, to go party. David makes Derek (Viewers Revenge) and Tori (Viewers Revenge) promise that they won't vote for him. No one knows what will happen.
Each element of the audition is worth 30 points. There are three phases of the audition. If they can get 75 points, they win. The first phase is makeup. The second is a climbing/strength course. The third is the pendulum. Kina (Extreme) makes a couple of jokes about the first phase, but it's pretty cake for the cast. The whole cast beats the second part of the mission under five minutes. Derek, however, has issues when he pops his bicep muscle.
Derek decides to continue on because the stakes are so high. The pendulum is just a swing on the pendulum, catching a teammate, they doing something artistic. They eventually find out that they don't pass with a weird scoring system. Susie and Tori get 14 points. Kina gets 11 points. Kina feels like she facing the Pit, but she still won't volunteer.
Derek comes back with a torn bicep and he won't get cleared until he gets a MRI. Tori immediately volunteers herself for the Pit. Tori says that David isn't going, but she instead chooses Adam goes into the Pit. Adam makes it clear that it isn't about performance, mentioning that David is the weakest male on the team.
They are both apprehensive about leaving the grand prize as this is the last Pit before the handsome reward mission. Adam calls David "a big dumb animal." David laughs at Adam. Who will be the final team in the RV?

Derek is tired of Road Rules, wants to go home, may finish taping this week
A very short interview came out in a Jacksonville newspaper in which he talks about his Road Rules experience.
He talks about how he was cast, with a tape that he submitted nearly three years ago. Although he didn't expect the cameras to come asking him for a shot to get on the RV, he decided to sign on anyway.
He talks about the experience, how he doesn't like being in a town where he doesn't know many people. Clearly, everyone on the RV is ready to go home, as this isn't the first time when we've heard the cast say something about wanting to leave and return home. Derek mentions that filming will wrap up as early as this week, which means that the series may end even earlier than everyone has anticipated.
He also closes out the interview that he's looking forward to riding out the wave a couple of more years and doing some Challenges in the next couple of years.

Tori gets interviewed by local paper in Virginia and reveals information about the show
The Richmond Times Dispatch interviewed Tori (Viewers Revenge) by phone this past week. She reveals a couple of interesting things, but click on the link to the newspaper to go to the full article.
Castmembers spend four days taping the show, then three days sequestered in a hotel.
Castmembers get a DVD of the show right before it airs on television.
There are only two elimination pits remaining in the season.
She says the veterans have an on-camera personality and off-camera personality.
She says some of the "men" on the show modify their actions after they watch the previous week's episode.
Although she stops short of saying the show is staged, she claims that the directors tell them where to go, and she has to announce when she wants to go to the restroom.
She says that she will go on the reality television bar/college circuit for at least a couple of months after the show ends.

Viewers Revenge Episode #14: David beats Dan again, the group loses $20,000, David goes off the deep end
This episode of Road Rules seems to find things heating up as the group nears the end. David (Viewers Revenge) ends up in the Pit once again and he finds himself facing Dan (Viewers Revenge) for the fourth time. They play shockwave, which is a game where they have to stand on a wooden platform while holding a rope in between them. David gets smacked around a bit, but he pulls through the win.
Meanwhile, the RV is hoping that Dan returns, but David pulls in. The group discusses what will happen now that both Derek (Viewers Revenge) and David have both paid their dues. The group remains pretty adamant that they will keep sending David in, which makes the two angry. However, the alumni alliance can't offer any consolation. In addition, they seem to aim their sights on David, assuming Derek has been absolved into the alliance.
The mission they get is a "Fear Factor"-esque mission with four parts. In the first part, Susie (Australia) and David have to run through a ghost town and grab a key off a wall while having attack dogs chase them. David can easily do it with the dog attached to his arm. Once he gets his key, he goes to pick up Susie and her dog, so they can pick up her key. The second stage is a crawl through a mice pit and picking up a key out of a tank of tarantulas and scorpions. Tori (Viewers Revenge) and Derek complete this mission. Adam (The Quest) and Kina (Extreme) have to eat maggots, which Kina first refuses to do, but she ends up doing anyway.
They have to complete a puzzle for the last mission, but they fail this. They make a mistake by spelling a word "Wren" as "When". They fail to bank $20,000.
Citing the fact that they don't want to make two people pissed off at them, the group decides to vote in David rather than Derek. The group tells David not to get emotional, but he begins to cry uncontrollably, telling the group that he isn't angry with them, but he's beginning to sympathize with them as he continues to spend more time in the RV. The group seems pretty resolved to send David into the Pit nevertheless and David says that he's resigned to the fact that he can't escape the Pit for the rest of the time he's on the show.

MTV will begin to "View and Spew" the Real World and the Challenges; will not do it for Road Rules
If you've been keeping in tune with the recent developments over at MTV, you'll know that MTV is gearing its on-air content toward a more interactive approach. We've seen some of that with Road Rules this year, with some decidedly mixed results.
If you tuned into MTV last night, you saw Damien Fahey, MTV VJ, asking you to comment on your favorite MTV shows after they aired a new episode. You can actually send in videos to MTV.com and they'll air them in an upcoming episode of what they're calling View and Spew.
Both The Real World: Denver, which is close to wrapping up the season, and the Inferno 3 will be a part of the remix which begins Sunday, April 29 at 2pm. This is an effort to boost sagging ratings for the network, which is facing criticism in the light of the fact that even it's two flagship shows The Real World and Road Rules have consistently turned in low ratings this year.
They will not be doing View and Spew for Road Rules, presumably because the network wants to end the show as soon as possible. The show was set to air 18 episodes, but was cut short in order to coincide with the finale of Denver.

The RV is down in San Diego and the horns have been stolen
MM Agency reports on a story by the San Diego News Tribune in which we find out that the Road Rules horns have been stolen and unrecovered.
Last night, at around 9:45PM, the RV was in Pacific Beach in San Diego (the area where Brad (San Diego) and Robin (San Diego) were arrested) and three men were seen ripping the horns off the RV. When crew members followed the three men and caught up with them, they claimed that they didn't know where the horns were. The crew members informed police officers, who promptly took action.
The three men were arrested for public intoxication. The horns, however, are still missing. Expect this to be shown on this week's episode. The last time the horns were stolen, Sarah (Campus Crawl) tracked them down by meeting with the alleged kidnappers, much to the dismay of her teammates, who wanted her just to ignore them.
