Svetlana to be on My Super Sweet 16 this upcoming Monday for MTVs Spring Break

Svetlana (Key West) is taking part in a My Super Sweet 16 celebration. Last December, when Fitz turned 21, she invited MTV cameras to come and document her festivities. Although no word on if she exhibited "Super Sweet 16"-like behavior during filming, I'm sure we'll nevertheless see some pretty interesting things from this episode.

She actually had her party at Mansion in Miami, which is a pretty popular club, so if no bad behavior from Svetlana, I'm sure we'll see some sort of debauchery. The episode airs next Monday, March 19. Check your local listings.

Beth posts her reactions to the Duel Reunion and takes issue with Diem

Beth S. (Los Angeles) has finally responded to the Duel's reunion special. Aside from a brief comment about the show being intended for drama and for her small rift with Svetlana (Key West), Beth heavily concentrates on Diem.

If you remember, Beth and Diem nearly got into it when Beth was calling out Diem for being fake. It never really materialized to anything, but Beth took to her MySpace to finally put the nail in the coffin.

Duel Reunion: Things turn up differently in a somewhat re-edited reunion

It was interesting to see the Duel reunion in its final product and then to see it as it was filmed over at MTV.com. The surprise that they pointed to when Susie signed off the air last week, was in fact, Tina (South Pacific).

After Tina said that she wouldn't show up to the show, she did. In fact, this part of the reunion was left out of the online version, as the show switched to an offline feed saying that they were undergoing technical difficulties. Susie announced that Beth (Los Angeles) had to leave the stage because Beth refused to be in the same room with Tina. Tina was actually rather diplomatic about the incident, not really being as boisterous as she usually is. She did not apologize or offer remorse though. It was a bit awkward having Tina there, as all she came to talk about was how she hit Beth.

Some other major details that were important: Wes (Austin) and Johanna (Austin) did not get engaged. The two bought a house in Arizona, a bar in Los Angeles, and Wes is actually going back to school at ASU. They decided that they wanted to have Wes finish school before they commit to marriage, and they're still happily together. Jodi (Extreme) bought a condo in Virginia and donated some of the money to a charity close to her.

Svetlana (Key West) gave herself a pat on the back for coming so far after being such a huge underdog. Brad (San Diego) also gave himself a pat on the back, although he really would've loved to win the money for his company Rockstar Racing.

Then the fights: Svetlana and Beth got into it because Beth accused Svetlana of being hypocritical for calling out Kina (Extreme) when she cried when she lost the Duel, as Svetlana did the same thing with her. Svetlana jumped at the chance to ridicule Beth and you could tell the two are no longer friends.

Then talk turned to Beth and Nehemiah (Austin) and that relationship. CT (Paris) poked fun at Beth and then Beth tried to turn it around on him and Diem (Fresh Meat), which sent Diem into a spin. The two accused each other of being fake, with it ending pretty quickly.

Aside from that, there was minor talk of other things. Aneesa (Chicago) mentioned how she grew up and got along with Beth. She also talked about her dislike of Robin (San Diego) for a bit, especially for what she said in Buzios. Jodi talked about her shortlived fling with Evan (Fresh Meat), which Evan also spent a small amount of time on. CT talked about his loss and how disappointing it was.

Tina is engaged to be married, Susie hinted to her appearance on the reunion

Last week, the reunion aired on MTV.com, and host Susie Castillo mentioned that Tina (South Pacific) would be making a return appearance on the Duel reunion show to be aired this Tuesday. Tina was actually scheduled to be there last Thursday, but canceled her appearance last minute. She was invited, as Svetlana (Key West) pointed out, for punching Beth (Los Angeles) in the face.

MM-Agency is reporting that Tina has just recently been engaged to her boyfriend, Bruno. If you remember, they mentioned that she was seeing someone on the Fresh Meat reunion.

Tina has been noticeably absent from the Real World/Road Rules drama the past couple months, but we wish her all the luck in the future. Congratulations!

Duel Finale: wes beats Brad by his two minute lead, Jodi beats Svetlana after she falls behind

The Duel began with the cast preparing themselves mentally for the day. The cast is told to meet at 6:30am for their mission.

They are greeted by a helicopter ride to Rio de Janiero, where they fly around the infamous Christ Redeemer statue that opens up the credits. They then land to find their mission.

For the first part of the mission, they have to do a penalty kicks game to decide who wins the two-minute head start. Jodi (Extreme) beats Svetlana (Key West) 2-1, narrowly making her second goal on her last shot. Wes (Austin) beats Brad (San Diego) 2-1, clearly superior over Brad in his soccer skills.

They then start their mission. The first step is to run up a mountain trail to the puzzle awaiting them at the top. There are four huge puzzle blocks which they must transport to the puzzle-solving area. After they solve the puzzle or wait 30-minutes, whichever comes first, they run to another station in which they have to balance a teeter-totter with rocks and their own weight. Once they do that, they run down another trail to grab a flag to win $150,000.

They all meet up at the puzzle. Wes solves it first, only to have Brad solve it seconds later. Jodi solves the puzzle four minutes ahead of Svetlana. Brad narrowly trails Wes for the rest of the race, only to be beaten by a minute and a half, less than the lead Wes had. Jodi also comes victorious, able to finish the teeter-totter mission before Svetlana even gets to it.

There's a beautiful montage of the season, with Brad and Svetlana reflecting postively on their experiences. Wes and Jodi hang-glide to pick up their checks on the beach from TJ. And the Challenge is over.

The Duel Reunion show aired online tonight; Will be shown next week on MTV

The Duel reunion was broadcast live on MTV.com for the first time ever. Although it was not advertised at all, probably to avoid a substantial increase of web traffic on their broadband channel, we were able to catch the last couple of minutes.

Susie Castillo, MTV VJ, hosted once again, and nine Duelers showed up. Wes (Austin), Jodi (Extreme), Brad (San Diego), Svetlana (Key West), CT (Paris), Aneesa (Chicago), Evan (Fresh Meat), Diem (Fresh Meat) and Beth S. (Los Angeles) all showed up to the reunion. These were the last eight competitors, add Beth. Originally, Tina (South Pacific) was scheduled to be on, but she canceled her appearance last minute.

Here's some of the last minute things we caught, nothing too spoilerish for next week:

Evan talked about how CT had played the puzzle game for a while since Diem brought it to Brazil, by chance.

Beth is asked how many more Challenges she's going to be on. She says that she doesn't know, but the caller encourages Beth to keep doing the Challenges.

CT is asked if he felt like he overreacted in his Duel. He says that he didn't, he felt like he was the best competitor there and was robbed by a technicality.

Susie asks who's the best kisser in the house. CT declares himself to be. But only Diem and Evan can vouch for his kissing abilities. CT was the messiest. Jodi was the cleanest. Kenny (Fresh Meat) is the cleanest guy in the house.

Brad hooked up with no one on the show, because he had a girlfriend on the show.

The reunion airs next Thursday at 10PM.

Duel Season Finale: Brad, Jodi, Svetlana, and Wes compete for $300,000 in the final mission

Tonight is the season finale of the Duel. Watch as Brad (San Diego), Jodi (Extreme), Svetlana (Key West) and Wes (Austin) compete for the grand prize of $150,000. To find out who wins tonight, highlight this small passage: Wes and Jodi win the final mission.

The Duel Reunion will air next week; Beth and Tina will both be on, while Beth is taking questions

The Duel reunion will air on MTV next week. That means this Thursday, the final four, Brad (San Diego), Jodi (Extreme), Svetlana (Key West) and Wes (Austin) will fight for $300,000, and this will be the last episode of the Challenge until the Inferno III airs later this year.

MTV is doing something special with the reunion this year. They are going to be airing the reunion live on MTV.com. Although there is no official date or time on it yet, expect an announcement soon. This will be the first time they air a reunion live, and this one seems to be shaping up as a good one.

Beth (Los Angeles) is already taking questions at her MySpace, asking you to point out any questions you want her to ask other castmembers. She also mentions that she and Tina (South Pacific) were invited back, although no one else who was voted off early will be there.

Don't forget: A brand new episode of the Duel airs tonight only on MTV

Tonight is another episode of the Duel. Unlike previous weeks in which we have told you the winner and loser of the Duel, we decided to give a break. It should be a surprise, as the preview for next week shows CT (Paris) in potential danger from being sent home.

Like we told you when the season first started, there will be several weeks in which we won't spoil the outcomes. So, be sure to check out the Duel tonight, as another male will be going home.

Spearheaded by Beth S. (Los Angeles), the calendar has been a yearly venture that features some of the hottest castmembers on the pages of a full-color calendar. Tonya (Chicago), Beth S. Key West cast was in New York to film reunion and new Challenge suggests tensions exists still

The whole Key West cast was in New York City yesterday to film their reunion show. Should make for an interesting reunion, as word is that when John, Svetlana, Paula and Tyler showed up for the new Challenge last month, tensions were on a rise between castmembers as Tyler sent John home, but only after Svetlana chose to save John over Tyler. Sounds confusing... but all Key West castmembers were gone fairly early (maybe due to infighting), except Svetlana. The reunion should air sometime next month.

Diem shares her cancer struggle; Cast of the Duel is revealed along with winners

Diem (Fresh Meat), who shared her cancer struggles with Derrick (Extreme) on the Challenge, has begun to share her story online. You can check out her interview she gave about her cancer and the foundation she started: here. Yhis link is her foundation's website.

So the next Challenge is apparently being called The Duel. It's filmed in Brazil and the following is the list of castmembers that will be appearing on it. It has been confirmed by multiple sources on the internet. It's guys versus girls this time, as I believe that the guys and girls are competing for a seperate grand prize.

Tyler is named People's Hottest Bachelors; Svetlana is one of Trojan's 100

In People Magazine's Hottest Bachelors Issue, Tyler (Key West) was named one of the hottest bachelors in reality television out there right now.

Also, people are commenting on Svetlana's (Key West) appearance in Maxim Magazine's Trojan 100. Trojan ran an ad for the hottest girls who prefer using Trojans. Svetlana appeared in the ad as one of the top girls.

The Key West season premiere was last night and will heavily focus on Paula's issues and a potential hook up with Svetlana and Zach

The Real World: Key West premiered last night to a special one-hour season premiere that introduced us to the seven strangers. Suprisingly, the cast was scheduled to move in when Hurricane Katrina hit. Most of the cast shacked up in hotels in Miami, waiting to move into the house. (Paula and Jose even met in Miami to drive down in the house car to Key West.)

While this season is brand new and spiffy, there already seems to be a variety of storylines developing from this first episode. The most dramatic being Paula's issues with eating. Although the issue has been explored before, the cast has never been so upfront about it. And although John seemed to be the life of the house, he also seemed to be at odds with Paula. Also, definitely look for Svetlana to encounter some tension with Zach as their "will they" or "won't they" status heats up. The tension between the girls will also come to fruition as Janelle, Svetlana and Paula will really start to not get along as the season continues. And don't forget Tyler, who fully admits to have an abrasive personality and will eventually clash with his fellow roommates. So, one hour into it and the fights are raring to start.

Blair (The Quest) started off by asking Beth about the girls that always want Beth off the challenges. Beth says it's because they were afraid of her and no one liked her. She named Veronica (Semester At Sea), Rachel (Campus Crawl), Ruthie (Hawaii), Montana (Boston) and Aneesa (Chicago). Then she was asked about the Gauntlet. Beth claims the reason she didn't want to go up against Aneesa was because she thought getting oiled up & wrestling around was degrading. Then Beth claimed that she has never been in last place. Again, it is because no one likes her and everyone is afraid of her.

Beat Blair Challenge

This really wasn't too much of a Beat Blair Challenge. He basically made a little wheel of a handful of people on the current challenge and told Beth to talk as much about them as she could. As follows:

Jodi (Extreme): Beth says she is trying to be the next Tonya (Chicago). She sleeps around with the captain's to stay there longer. First she slept with Adam (The Quest), then Alton (Las Vegas), then back to Adam because it was fun, then back to Alton again.

Derrick (Extreme): Aspiring model, but looks 45 because he is an alcoholic. Puffy, "swelly", passes out naked, stupid, drinks himself to oblivion. Hair plugs were also mentioned.

Ruthie: Like Derrick, has a drinking problem. Looks for acceptance because of the drinking problem, is dumb and a bad captain.

Aneesa: Her strategy is working well, which is sleeping with everyone in the house to stay. Was taking showers with Jisela (The Quest), then started coming on to Derrick. Derrick felt good because he thought he got Aneesa away from munching carpet.

The Shit You Didn't See

The funniest one is the men on the Veteran's team talking about banging Beth. First it was put on Mark (USA Tour 1). Mark said no. Then David (Seattle) said that if he did it, how much of the winning money would he get. Because he has to have some kind of incentive to have sex with her. He doesn't want to be left with only a bad memory.

Then most of the veteran team does a little thing on what's the best thing about Beth. Derrick says its because they have no more fat people on the team who suck. A few others are: glad she's gone because she can't perform and is a social retard. Robin (San Diego) says the best thing about Beth is that she is gone and can use the phone more. Aneesa said that the words "best" and "Beth" don't even go in the same sentence.

Here are the cast bios:

Janelle, 23 -- San Jose, CA - Strong-willed and independent is how Janelle's friends describe her. This half-black, half-white beauty is not known to avoid confrontation - she's passionate and refuses to take crap from anyone. Janelle just added her recent graduation from University of San Jose to her list of accomplishments. However, Janelle is far from done with her education, and dreams of attending law school in the near future. In the meantime, she is ready to broaden her horizons, and what better place for that than the Real World? Will Janelle stumble for the first time in her life, or learn to lean on those around her?

John, 23 -- Fullerton, CA - With his chameleon-like ability to adapt to his surroundings, recent Penn State graduate John is the Real World's answer to Ferris Bueller. An unpredictable mixture of craftiness, charisma, intelligence and kindness, John more than lives up to his old nickname, "Johnny Bananas." But now that John's golden college years have passed, what's the next step? That's the place we will meet John at as he embarks on his Real World experience. Will this social butterfly find the direction he needs or will he continue to flounder as he revels in his glory days?

Jose, 20 -- Sunrise, FL - Picture the Brooklyn projects where 20-year-old Jose was raised, surrounded by drugs, violence and the influence of "the wrong crowd." Under those circumstances it would have been easy to fulfill his tyrannical father's prophecy that Jose would grow up to be just like him: another deadbeat failure with no future. But since Jose has never been one to take the easy road, we can flash forward to the present, where he is now in his junior year at Florida State University, the owner of multiple rental properties and the proud holder of his real estate broker license. Known to his friends as "The Don," Jose is sure to take the Real World house by storm with his natural leadership, suave nature and love of partying.

Paula, 24 -- Meriden, CT - Since her graduation from Quinnipiac University, Paula has become a corporate slave by day, but makes up for it by partying relentlessly at night. No shrinking violet, this striking girl demands the spotlight from both men and women. Confrontational, yet sensitive; bitchy, yet likeable; damaged, yet self-aware; attractive, yet insecure; Paula possesses a variety of personality traits. Seemingly caught in a downhill spiral, Paula is still connected to her abusive ex-boyfriend, and is battling body image issues. Paula is a wildcard to say the least. Chaos seems follows this beautiful young woman everywhere she goes, and the Real World house should prove to be no exception.

Svetlana, 19 -- Richboro, PA - As a nineteen year old pre-med student at Temple University, Svetlana has the reputation of being the "crazy Russian chick." While this buxom beauty is truly a confident fireball, she's also vulnerable and emotionally conflicted. Svetlana is torn between her dependency on her family, and the need to venture out and embrace all of life's adventures. As a first-generation immigrant, she's expected to live at home and work in the family restaurant. She does this instead of fulfilling her desire to live on her own, and have what she defines as a normal college experience. Let's see how Svetlana does as she finally gets her opportunity to leave the nest--and immerse herself in the Real World.

Tyler, 23 -- Minneapolis, MN - You either love him or hate him, but either way you'll have to admit that 23-year-old Tyler isn't afraid to "tell it like it is." This Midwest guy considers gossiping social commentary, his roommates' property his own, and anyone else's strife ridiculous compared to the adversities he has faced. Openly gay, Tyler was known for parading around his Tufts University campus in drag, sprinkling glitter on his fellow classmates. But there is more to Tyler than his flamboyant acts of vanity, selfishness and martyrdom. He is also a fantastic story teller, an accomplished athlete and a very intelligent kid who is just looking for attention and acceptance. Tyler must decide whether to use his gifts for good or evil as he dives head first into the Real World.

Zach, 22 -- Portland, OR - The proverbial nice guy you want to take home to mom, 22-year-old Zach is sensitive, good-looking and goal-oriented. As a senior studying Communications at Louis and Clark College, Zach has a world of opportunity waiting for him when he graduates. Born into a close-knit Jewish family, he comes from old money and old traditions. Things have not always been so easy for Zach, though. Until recently, he was regarded as the chubby nice guy. Since then, Zach has transformed himself and has emerged as a confident young man ready to take on the world. Zach's high energy and tendency to relentlessly "fix" everyone around him is sure to bring an interesting dynamic to a house guaranteed to be filled with roommates in need of some major repair.


MJ (Philadelphia) has a lot of things going on post-Gauntlet II. Say I Won't Clothing designed a line of MJ t-shirts that are available exclusively on MJ's website. MJ is also running a contest in the gallery section where people can email him the funniest pictures that they have taken with MJ. The Gauntlet Blog will also be posted soon on his website.

Rebecca (Seattle) also kept her band Becky alive after the departure of Keanu Reeves. You can check out the latest updates at her My Space.

The Miz (Back to New York) is also keeping busy in the WWE. After moving to Atlanta to participate in Deep South Wrestling, Mike has yet made another move, this time to Louisville, KY. The Miz is still in pursuit of his WWE dream and is said to be ever closer to getting to the big leagues after doing well in Deep South. Good luck to The Miz. He's providing commentary at WWE Inside every now and then, so be sure to check it out.

John, Jose, Paula, Tyler, Svetlana, Zach rumored to be the cast for Key West; Melinda, Danny, Johanna are the first to be kicked off Fresh Meat

In an otherwise slow news cycle, adding to the preliminary list of members of the Key West cast is Jonathan from Pittsburgh, PA. So far, Jonathan, Jose, Paula, Star, Tyler, Svetlana and Zach are the seven strangers of The Real World: Key West.

Also, in a little bit of more news that we can confirm... The first few castmembers kicked off the Fresh Meat Challenge that is currently winding down in Australia are: (highlight to read)

Danny (Austin) is the first to be kicked off followed by Melinda (Austin) followed by Johanna (Austin)... No word on the fate of Wes (Austin). The Austin cast are the first to get booted out, but it didn't seem to hamper the spirits of Danny and Melinda. There are rumors circulating like crazy that the two are engaged, sparked off by the diamond ring that Melinda is wearing on her ring finger.

The Miz is on WWE.com; Pictures of Jose and Svetlana surface online

The Miz (Back to New York) has joined WWE.com as a columnist. Mike has been in Atlanta ever since filming on the Inferno II wrapped up, working with Deep South Wrestling, trying to land a development deal with the WWE. Well, you can check out Mike's column here. Word has it that he has already landed the development deal and will join Friday Night Smackdown with another Tough Enough winner.

Now, there's absolutely no way to confirm this, but it's fun nevertheless. A couple of days ago, we posted a link to pictures of supposed castmembers Jose and Zach. Well, the pictures also point out a castmember who was holding a Chanel bag in the background. Well. apparently the castmembers name is Svetlana:



So, Svetlana joins Paula, Star, Zach, Tyler and Jose as part of the Real World: Key West... or at least they do until MTV officially announces the cast.
