Good news: We've been hard at work at planning a new design for The Real World/Road Rules Blog. We are still in the planning/consulting/designing phase, but everything is working out awesome and the plans are looking great. It's like the Blog is getting a haircut, we're doing some spring cleaning if you will! Keep checking in this week to see the new design! You won't be disappointed!

Well it seems that the negotiations worked my friends. According to The Associated Press, a deal was reached and the fifteenth season of the Real World will indeed be shot in Philadelphia.
The Philadelphia Inquirer is reporting today that unions, non-unions, government officials, and producers are in negotiations to keep The Real World in Philadelphia. Although some people are confident that the series will continue production in their city, as we reported yesterday, producers are scouting other locations. Negotiations are said to continue today and several people have said to expect some sort of formal announcement soon. Producers have declined to accept inquires about the status of where the next Real World will be... But to everyone's consolation... Road Rules will still be filmed in South America!

The Austin Business Journal published an article on March 19th claiming that the impending season of the Real World might be filmed in Austin, Texas. Apparently, Gary Bond, the director of the Austin Film Office, was approached about a project by Tracy Chaplin, the supervising producer of the show on the day that production pulled out of Philadelphia. Bunim-Murray Productions did not confirm this but made it clear that they are scouting out new locations.
